Garbage and recycling collection to begin early tomorrow – 10/31/2025

With the safety of children in mind, GFL Environmental will begin collecting garbage and recycling one hour earlier on Friday.

Garbage and recycling collection to begin at 5 a.m. Friday

Fort Wayne, Indiana (October 30, 2025) – With the safety of children in mind, GFL Environmental will begin collecting garbage and recycling one hour earlier on Friday with the intention of being finished before Halloween trick-or-treating begins. Residents are highly encouraged to put their garbage and recycling by the curb tonight.
