September Neighborhood Presidents’ meeting canceled
Fort Wayne, Indiana (September 9, 2025) – The City of Fort Wayne’s September 15 Neighborhood Presidents’ meeting is canceled because of the timing, which is the Monday following the Inspire Neighborhoods Conference taking place Friday, September 12.
The next Neighborhood Presidents’ meeting is scheduled for December 1, 2025, at 6 p.m., Citizens Square in the City Council Chambers located on the Garden Level, room 035. The meeting will also be streamed live on the Fort Wayne Neighborhoods’ Facebook page.
Speakers for the December meeting include representatives from the League’s Inclusion Institute and Indiana Michigan Power. Additionally, FORTify Neighborhood Accelerator graduates from Hamilton and North Highlands neighborhoods will share information about the program.
In order to be considered active, neighborhood association leaders are encouraged to register with the City. Registered neighborhoods receive updates from various City departments and can apply for grant opportunities.
