On October 21, 2025, INDOT will be paving on northbound US 27 (Lafayette Street), which will require lane restrictions on US 27 between Dalman Avenue and Creighton Avenue.

Creighton Avenue to be closed Tuesday between South Clinton Street and Lafayette Street
Fort Wayne, Indiana (October 20, 2025) – On October 21, 2025, INDOT will be paving on northbound US 27 (Lafayette Street), which will require lane restrictions on US 27 between Dalman Avenue and Creighton Avenue.
On Tuesday only, Creighton Avenue will be closed between US 27 southbound (South Clinton Street) and US 27 northbound (Lafayette Street).
As a service to the community, the City of Fort Wayne Public Works Division provides information about lane restrictions and road closures that have been submitted to us, whether or not they are City of Fort Wayne projects.
