On September 22, 2025, at 1910 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a garage fire in the 2630 block of Forest Valley Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 1910 hours
On Scene: 1913 hours
Under Control: 1928 hours
Firefighters arrived on the scene to find smoke issuing from the home. Firefighters made entry finding a working fire inside the garage. Crews worked to extinguish the fire and bring it under control within 15 minutes of arrival.
One adult and two juveniles had self-evacuated the home prior to Fire Department arrival.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
