On September 15th, 2025, at about 1:25AM, Officers from the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the report of a possible shooting in the 2300 block of Cortland Ave. This investigation continued with search warrant for a residence being served 600 block of W State Blvd at approximately 3:00 PM.
This incident remains under active investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
