On September 22, 2019, at 0625 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at the Century Truck and Trailer Sales at 4111 Meyer Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 0625 hours
On Scene: 0629 hours
Under Control: 0658 hours
The first firefighters to arrive found the structure fully involved in fire. Firefighters set up defensive operations and had the fire under control in approximately 30 minutes. Indiana Michigan Power assisted by cutting the power to the structure at the street.
