On August 24, 2019, at 1822 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 8200 block of Grand Forest Court, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 1822 hours
On Scene: 1827 hours
Under Control: 1848 hours
The first firefighters arrived and found smoke showing from the house. The crew pulled a hand line for fire attack. The first crew extinguished the fire and searched the first floor. Other crews assisted with searching the rest of the structure. The fire was under control in 21 minutes.
One firefighter received minor injuries.
The owners had just left shortly before the fire was reported.
