On July 11, 2023, at 2111 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a garage fire in the 1400 block of High Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Time of Alarm: 2111 hours
On Scene: 2114 hours
Under Control: 2122 hours
Firefighters arrived and reported a detached garage was on fire. The fire was brought under control within eight minutes of arrival with no damage to any other structures.
There were no occupants and no firefighters were injured in the process.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Fire Damage: Moderate
Water Damage: Moderate
Smoke Damage: Heavy
