On December 21, 2024, at 0834 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to the report of a house fire in the 1200 block of South Hanna Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Time of Alarm: 0834 hours
On Scene: 0836 hours
Under Control: 0855 hours
Upon the arrival of FWFD Engine 1 Smoke was found coming from all floors and roof of the structure. Crews pulled a handline and made entry into the house and quickly extinguished the working fire. Other crews arrived and searched the house for occupants, but none were found. Crews continued to work for a couple of hours making sure the fire was extinguished.
Investigators are still working on the cause at this time.
No injuries were reported at this time.
