On September 30, 2024, at 1531 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to a reported house fire in the 4700 block of Oliver Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Time of Alarm: 1531 hours
On Scene: 1534 hours
Under Control: 1538 hours
The first firefighters arrived to find a small one-story house with smoke visible. Fire crews initiated an aggressive interior attack and searched for occupants. The fire was in the kitchen with minor extension into the attic. The fire was brought under control in 4 minutes.
No one was home at the time of the fire. There were no injuries to Firefighters or Civilians.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
