There are several upcoming projects, that are not City of Fort Wayne projects, that will require lane restrictions and closures.

Upcoming lane restrictions/closures
Fort Wayne, Indiana (August 26, 2025) – There are several upcoming projects, that are not City of Fort Wayne projects, that will require lane restrictions and closures:
- Due to private water line repair work, the right southbound lane on Parnell Avenue will be closed from East State Boulevard to Nettie Avenue on August 27 and 28.
- Due to NIPSCO repairs, the right northbound lane on Crescent Avenue immediately south of the intersection of North Anthony Boulevard will be closed August 27.
- Due to work for a private development, the right northbound lane of Parnell Avenue from Coliseum Boulevard to California Road will be closed from September 2 – 23.
- Due to underground fiber utility work on August 29, West State Boulevard from Tyler Avenue to Lakeview Drive will have restricted lanes on both State and Tyler. Flaggers and police officers will be on site controlling the lane restrictions. Motorists should expect delays.
- Due to private water line repairs, there will be lane restrictions on eastbound Lower Huntington Road at the intersection of Bluffton Road on August 27.
