On September 19, 2024, at 0004 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 4100 block of Euclid Avenue.
Time of Alarm: 0004 hours
On Scene: 0008 hours
Under Control: 0023 hours
Firefighters arrived on the scene and found a small one story house with fire in a bedroom at the front of the home. Crews quickly extinguished the fire and searched the home for occupants. One person was home at the time of the fire and self-evacuated prior to the firefighters arrival. The home suffered moderate damage from smoke and fire.
There were no injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
