On September 2, 2024, at 0506 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 7300 block of Beaty Avenue.
Time of Alarm: 0506 hours
On Scene: 0510 hours
Under Control: 0526 hours
Upon arrival, fire crews found heavy fire coming from the front door and side window. Fire crews extinguished the fire with hose lines and searched house for occupants. All occupants were out of house. Crews ventilated the structure and completed salvage and overhaul.
Fire investigators made the scene and cause of fire is under investigation.
