Details/Summary:
Regarding the Officer Involved Shooting yesterday at 5710 Challenger Parkway the Fort Wayne Police Department is releasing the subjects name: Lance E. Morningstar.
He remains hospitalized with life threatening injuries.
At this time the investigation is still ongoing and charges for Morningstar are pending.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
