Details/Summary:
Officers were called to the Quick Stop located at 3024 E State Blvd in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival Officers found an adult male inside the business suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased on the scene by medics.
This early into the investigation there is not a lot of information. Homicide and Crime Scene Detectives are currently on scene investigating this incident. It appears that the shooting involved some sort of altercation between the victim and some other subjects in the entry of the business. The suspects did flee on foot in an eastbound direction after the shooting. Victim identification will be announced by the Allen County Coroner pending notification of next of kin.
