Traffic Alert: Fairfield Avenue closed – 8/19/2025

Fairfield Avenue between West Oakdale Drive and Englewood Court will be closed starting at 8:00 AM tomorrow, August 19, 2025, while crews replace a lead service line for a homeowner.

Traffic Alert: Fairfield Avenue Closure/Detour, Tuesday

Fort Wayne, Indiana (August 18, 2025) – Fairfield Avenue between West Oakdale Drive and Englewood Court will be closed starting at 8:00 AM tomorrow, August 19, while crews replace a lead service line for a homeowner.

A detour using West Creigton Avenue to South Calhoun Street to West Rudisill Boulevard will be in place during the construction. The closure is expected to last through late afternoon.
