Suspect Arrested: Michael Foster, Male, Black, 52 years of age
Details/Summary:
Fort Wayne Homicide Division has made an arrest in the homicide at 915 E Washington Blvd last evening. Michael Foster M/B/52 came into the police station to be interviewed about 5:00pm this evening and afterward was charged with Aggravated Battery in the stabbing death of a male last night. At this time the name of the victim has not been released by the coroner. Mr. Foster will be arraigned Monday morning in Allen County Superior Court.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
