
On December 20, 2021, at 1624 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department received information that a high-risk warrant subject was in one of the rooms at hotel in the 3300 block of West Coliseum Boulevard.

Details/Summary:
On Tuesday, 12/20/2021, at approximately 4:24 PM, the City of Fort Wayne Police Department were in the 3300 block of W. Coliseum Blvd. and received information that a high-risk warrant subject was in one of the rooms. Officers established a safe perimeter and attempted to gain more information.
At approximately 6:34 PM, the Emergency Services Team (EST), Air Support Unit (ASU) and Crisis Response Team (CRT) were called to assist given the nature of the warrants. EST members then cleared the room without incident. There were no chemical agents used and no one was found inside.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
