1,000 reasons to celebrate at Black Forest Cat Cafe
Fort Wayne, Indiana (August 12, 2025) – Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control wants to celebrate a true milestone in the community. Shelter adoption partner, Black Forest Cat Cafe, will soon be celebrating their 1,000th cat adoption! We hope you come out to join the festivities!
To celebrate the wonderful accomplishment of the Black Forest Cat Cafe, they will be offering $5 admission into the cat lounge all week long. Cat and kitten adoptions are also just $5 with an approved application, and FWACC is pouncing on the opportunity to have a pop-up kitten adoption event for extra excitement. If you are adopting a cat/kitten on Wednesday, there is a good chance you might be the 1,000th adoption!
