On August 7, 2025, at approximately 4:48 AM, Officers of the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the area of Country Forest Dr and Countryside Village MHP Entr in reference to a passing motorist observing an unresponsive adult male in the roadway. Medics pronounced the subject deceased at the scene.
