Traffic Alerts: Delays expected for milling and paving projects

Due to milling and paving work beginning Monday, August 4, 2025, drivers should anticipate traffic delays on the following roads for approximately two weeks.

News release from the City of Fort Wayne’s Division of Public Works:

Traffic Delays Expected for Milling and Paving Projects

Fort Wayne, Indiana (July 29, 2025) – Due to milling and paving work beginning Monday, August 4, drivers should anticipate traffic delays on the following roads for approximately two weeks:

  • Old Maysville Road from Reed Road to Lake Avenue
  • Pinehurst Drive from Lake Avenue to the cul-de-sac
  • Pine Valley Drive from Pinehurst Drive to Valley View Drive
  • Pine Valley Drive from Valley View Drive to Pinehurst Drive
  • Valley View Drive from Pine Valley Drive to Reed Road

The work is expected to begin each day at 7:30 a.m. and end each day at 4:00 p.m. Drivers should seek an alternate route, if possible.
