Details/Summary:
On Saturday, 03/26/2022, at approximately 00:41 AM, the City of Fort Wayne Police Department responded to 1020 N Coliseum Blvd reference a shooting. Officers arrived and located the adult/male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital in life threatening condition.
Detectives are currently interviewing witnesses and Crime Scene Technicians are processing the scene in an effort to obtain additional details. A person of interest is currently being interview by detectives.
This incident remains under investigation by the City of Fort Wayne Police Department and the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Anyone with information is encouraged to call crime stoppers at 436-7867 or use the free “P3 Tips” app.
