Fort Wayne, Indiana (March 21, 2022) – Fort Wayne Police Officer Benjamin Shinneman was arrested March 17th, 2022 in Wells County for Misdemeanor Operating a Vehicle While intoxicated. Officer Shinneman has been with the Department for 3 years. Officer Shinneman is currently on Restricted Administrative Duty (paid status) as the incident is being investigated. This status can change based on the findings of the investigation
