Fort Wayne Homicide Detectives have made an arrest related to the shooting death of a woman that occurred just after 11:00 PM on March 19th 2022 in the 2100 block of Chartwell Dr. Har San was arrested and incarcerated at the Allen County Jail on a preliminary charge of Murder and additional drug related offenses.
