The Allen County Coroner has identified Si’Montre Anthony R. Chey Molargik as the 21st Allen County Homicide in 2025.

Wednesday, July 09, 2025
The Allen County Coroner’s Office has identified and made notifications to the next of kin of the deceased individual that was found shot in the area of Columbia Street and Harrison Street, Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana, at about 02:01 hours, Saturday, July 05, 2025. He has been positively identified as Si’Montre Anthony R. Chey Molargik male, Black, age 16, of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a shooting in the area and found Si’Montre Anthony R. Chey Molargik unresponsive. He was transported to a local hospital and later was pronounced deceased.
Si’Montre Anthony R. Chey Molargik’s Cause of Death is Gunshot Wound, and the Manner of Death is Homicide.
Si’Montre Anthony R. Chey Molargik is the 21st Homicide for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2025.
The incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
