Details/Summary:
On Friday February 17, 2023 at approximately 10:21 AM officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to Northside High School located at 475 E State Blvd in reference to a juvenile possibly armed with a firearm. As officers arrived on the scene, they located a male juvenile that was in possession of a firearm. The juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Allen County Juvenile Center.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
