The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating a death along the railroad tracks on Airport Expressway between Airport Dr & Bluffton Rd, involving a locomotive. At this time the death does not appear to be suspicious in nature. Airport Expressway will be closed for a few hours. The media is asked to alert the community to this closure as this will disrupt the early morning commute.
This investigation is being assisted by the Norfolk Southern Police Department.
