New Haven, Indiana (January 30, 2026) – The City of New Haven has issued a Boil Water Advisory for residents due to a disruption in the water system.
What this means:
Until further notice, all tap water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or food preparation should be boiled for at least one (1) minute and allowed to cool before use. Bottled water may also be used.What caused this:
This advisory was issued as a precaution following a water system issue. Crews are actively working to resolve the situation as quickly and safely as possible.Next steps:
