On November 30, 2025, at 1515 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to a “shots fired” call at the Travelers Inn at 4606 East Washington Boulevard.

Details/Summary:
On Sunday, November 30th, 2025, at approximately 3:15 p.m., officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD) were dispatched to a “shots fired” call at 4606 E. Washington Blvd. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male in the hotel lobby area suffering from with apparent gunshot wounds. Officers immediately rendered medical aid until medics arrived on the scene. The male was transported to a local hospital, where the ER staff determined that his injuries were non-life- threatening.
At this time, there is no known threat to the public. FWPD detectives are currently canvassing the area for witnesses, evidence, and camera footage.
