On November 7, 2025, at 1445 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the McDonald’s at 7604 South Anthony Boulevard on reports of a shooting.

Details/Summary:
On Friday November 7th 2025 at around 2:45 pm officers were dispatched to 7604 S Anthony Blvd on reports of a shooting. Dispatch received several calls about a male being shot in the drive-thru of the business by a female.
When officers arrived the found an adult male victim suffering a single gunshot wound. Medics transported him to a local hospital in serious condition, where he was later found to be in non-life threatening condition.
A female suspect has been detained in connection with the investigation. Early information indicates some sort of confrontation took place between the male and female in the drive-thru that lead to the female shooting the male.
Several witnesses have been identified and are cooperating with the investigation. During the course of the investigation, several individuals related to both parties were involved in a heated confrontation on scene that was dispersed by officers. This incident remains under investigation with the Fort Wayne Police Department, and Allen County Prosecutor’s office.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
