The Bluffton Road Bridge will be closed from Broadway Avenue to Vesey Avenue October 22nd and 23rd, 2025, in order to pour the new concrete bridge deck.

Bluffton Road Bridge to close Wednesday – Thursday
Fort Wayne, Indiana (October 20, 2025) — The Bluffton Road Bridge will be closed from Broadway Avenue to Vesey Avenue Wednesday, October 22 – Thursday, October 23, in order to pour the new concrete bridge deck. The detour will be Brooklyn Avenue to Taylor Street to Broadway Avenue.
As a service to the community, the City of Fort Wayne Public Works Division provides information about lane restrictions and road closures that have been submitted to us, whether or not they are City of Fort Wayne projects.
