Details/Summary:
On October 18, 2025, Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a domestic dispute in the area of 500 East Suttenfield Street at approximately 6:45am. Officers became aware, while on scene, that the male subject pulled a firearm on the female half, before she left the immediate area. The male suspect remained inside the residence while Officers attempted to call the subject out of the home peacefully. Several more attempts were made by phone as well, which were all unsuccessful.
At approximately 8:30am, communication was setup with the suspect from inside the residence which were succesful. At approximately 8:42am, the male was taken into custody without further incident.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
