News release from the Allen County Coroner:
The Allen County Coroner’s Office has identified and made notifications to the next of kin of the individual who was pronounced deceased in the area of State Road 205 and Madden Road, Churubusco, Allen County, Indiana. He has been positively identified as Jorge Luis Grqnados Guzman, male, Hispanic, age 35, of Fort Wayne, Indiana. This incident had been initially investigated as a shooting in the 600 block of West State Boulevard, Fort Wayne, Indiana, on September 15, 2025, at approximately 01:24 hours.
Jorge Luis Grqnados Guzman’s Cause of Death is Gunshot Wound of Head, and the Manner of Death is Homicide.
Jorge Luis Grqnados Guzman is the 30th Homicide for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2025.
