New digital platform helps families track school meals

Fort Wayne, Indiana (August 1, 2025) – Fort Wayne Community Schools is launching Nutrislice for the 2025-26 school year. The digital platform allows families to view daily breakfast and lunch menus from any smartphone, tablet or computer.

The program provides meal descriptions, nutrition information and allergen details, helping families make informed decisions about their child’s school meals. They can see what is being served, check ingredients, track carbs for insulin dosing, get weather event menu alerts and rate dishes.

Nutrislice also offers quick links to meal benefit applications, LINQ Connect account management, cafeteria procedures and physician meal accommodation forms. All meals are ADA and USDA compliant.
Families can access Nutrislice at fortwayneschools.nutrislice.com/menu or by downloading the mobile app.

Felipe Guerra, Director of Nutrition Services, will be available at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, at Nutrition Services, 3211 W. Ludwig Road, to talk about this new menu tool.
