Rivergreenway closing between Coliseum Boulevard and Maplecrest Road

The Maumee Pathway trail between Coliseum Boulevard and the gate just west of Maplecrest Road will be closed beginning tomorrow until August 31, 2025.

News release from the City of Fort Wayne’s Division of Public Works:

Rivergreenway closing between Coliseum Boulevard and Maplecrest Road until August 31

Fort Wayne, Indiana (July 28, 2025) – The Maumee Pathway trail between Coliseum Boulevard and the gate just west of Maplecrest Road will be closed beginning tomorrow until August 31. City Utilities will be completing the Pierson Ditch culvert, part of an improvement to protect nearby neighborhoods from flooding. The trail will be impassable during the construction.
