The Fort Wayne Police Department has been able to positively identify the victim of the homicide that occurred in the 1800 block of River Run Trail on July 19, 2025.

Fort Wayne, Indiana (July 22, 2025) – The Fort Wayne Police Department has been able to positively identify the victim of the homicide that occurred in the 1800 block of River Run Trail on 7/19/2025. We would like to thank the public for their assistance. After proper notifications are made, the Allen County Coroner’s Office will release victims’ identity.
The FWPD Homicide Unit is actively investigating the homicide and is asking anyone with information related to this incident to contact the Fort Wayne Police Department Homicide Division at (260) 427-1201 or Crime Stoppers at (260) 436-STOP (7867), or the P3 app. Fort Wayne Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $5,000 for any information that leads to an arrest in the case.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
