The Fort Wayne Police Department’s Vice and Narcotics Division conducted targeted patrols of Swinney Park West. The detail focused on public indecency, lewd acts and narcotics use or transactions. During the detail Thomas Genska was observed conducting an indecent act in the parking lot. Genska was taken into custody during a traffic stop shortly afterwards.
