ON TUESDAY, JULY 15, 2025 A SPECIAL OPEN SESSION OF THE POLICE MERIT COMMISSION WILL BE HELD AT 4:00 PM— EDWARD J. ROUSSEAU CENTER, ONE EAST MAIN STREET, CONFERENCE ROOM 741 TO ALLOW THE OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT FOR A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS. FOLLOWING THIS MEETING THERE WILL BE AN OPEN SESSION MEETING HELD.

    • Approve proposed amendment to the Rules and Regulations regarding the Evaluation section VIII and section IX. (Special Session)
    • Updates for the 2025 promotional process/grading of written test and completion of oral interviews and release of scores (to be left on agenda and discussed as needed).
    • Any updates from Capt. Westfield.
  4. New Business
    • Test review date/time.
