The Allen County Coroner has identified Tornor Dejuan Doby as the 20th Allen County Homicide in 2025.
News release from the Allen County Coroner:
The Allen County Coroner’s Office has identified and made notification to the next of kin of the second deceased individual that was found in the 1000 Block of Hamilton Avenue, Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana, at about 12:08 hours, Thursday, June 26, 2025. He has been positively identified as Tornor Dejuan Doby male, Black age 28, of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a shooting at a residence and found Tornor Dejuan Doby unresponsive. Three Rivers Ambulance Authority pronounced death shortly after arrival on scene.
Tornor Dejuan Doby’s Cause of Death is Gunshot Wound, and the Manner of Death is Homicide.
Tornor Dejuan Doby is the 20th Homicide for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2025.
The incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
