City’s Heating & Air Conditioning program CLOSES 4PM FRIDAY
Fort Wayne, Indiana (June 26, 2025) – Due to an overwhelming response and limited funding capacity, the City’s Heating & Air Conditioning zero percent loan program will close for applications at 4 p.m. tomorrow, Friday, June 27.
All calls and pre-screening information must be completed at that time to be considered for the program. If residents have already completed the prescreening, they should continue completing any remaining steps in the process. Applications currently in progress will be reviewed and considered based on the available funding. Applications will be reviewed on a first-completed, first-processed basis. Program participation is determined on a first-qualified, first-served basis.
