The Allen County Neighborhoods Association (“ACNA”) is open to all homeowners’ groups and neighborhood associations in incorporated and unincorporated areas of Allen County, Indiana. Its objective is to improve communication between neighborhoods, residents, government and various other community services and information.During the April meeting, guest speakers include Allen County Building Commissioner Joseph Hutter who will talk about current building permit figures and projections for county growth in the coming year, as well as Councilman Tom Harris who will talk about county updates and current top issues. The Public Information Officer for the Allen County Board of Commissioners will briefly share about the Bicentennial Closing Ceremony held on April 1, 2025, and Allen County’s newly designed flag. Guest attorneys come at the beginning of each meeting to field legal questions from attendees.
