Tonight’s Southeast Strategy Open House allows residents the opportunity to share their ideas for future projects and initiatives in southeast Fort Wayne, Indiana.

WHAT: Southeast Strategy Open House
WHEN: Thursday, March 27, 2025, 6-8 p.m.
WHY: Since the Southeast Strategy was adopted in 2021, more than $86M in public and private investments have been made in the southeast quadrant, plus an additional $2B to be invested in the Google Data Center. It’s now time for residents to share their ideas for future projects and initiatives in southeast Fort Wayne.
WHERE: McMillen Park Community Center, 3901 Abbott St.
HOW: The event will kick off with a brief welcome from Mayor Sharon Tucker, and then residents will be invited to visit tables offering information and activities about infrastructure improvements, business development, housing, neighborhood involvement and more. A kids’ activity station will also be part of the open house. Free tacos and $10 gift cards to the Pontiac Street Market will be available while supplies last.
NOTE: An ASL interpreter will be available at the event
The City of Fort Wayne’s Community Development Division works to enhance economic opportunity, build strong neighborhoods and ensure a dynamic framework for growth and development. The Division’s departments include Neighborhood Code Compliance, Neighborhoods, Office of Housing and Neighborhood Services, Redevelopment/Economic Development, and Planning and Policy.
