The outline of the new Allen County Justice Center is taking shape as the concrete foundation walls have been completed and backfilled as shown in a video update posted by Weigand Construction.

Allen County Justice Center Update
Allen County, Indiana (March 23, 2025) – The outline of the new Allen County Justice Center is taking shape as the concrete foundation walls have been completed and backfilled. Weigand Construction posted an updated drone video illustrating the next stage in the construction process. The footage shows structural steel and the temporary structural steel bracing being erected. On the north side of the building pad, structural steel is staged and awaiting erection.
Additional items completed: the excavation and installation of underground electrical conduit sleeves through the foundation walls; site storm/sewer/water pipes completed and backfilled; and the rough grading of the site.
