The Department of Neighborhoods invites East Central residents and business owners to a final round of public input on the East Central Forward Neighborhood Plan.

Final Public Input Opportunity for East Central Forward Neighborhood Plan

Fort Wayne, Indiana (February 17, 2025) – The Department of Neighborhoods invites East Central residents and business owners to a final round of public input on the East Central Forward Neighborhood Plan, a ten-year strategic framework for community investment.

Community members can attend:

Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025

  • 5–7 p.m. at MKM Architecture + Design, 435 E. Brackenridge St.

Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025

  • 4–6 p.m. at Foellinger Foundation, 500 E. Berry St.

Attendees will enjoy free food, and the first 50 participants who live, work, or worship in the neighborhood will receive a $10 Pontiac Street Market gift card.

More than 350 people have contributed to the plan through open houses, focus groups, block parties, surveys, and interviews.

Residents can also provide input online.
