Fort Wayne, Indiana (February 10, 2025) – The City of Fort Wayne’s Community Development Division is inviting the public to visit the Southeast Strategy Update page on the Engage Fort Wayne website. The page features new information and updates on recent implementations and upcoming events.
The Southeast Strategy Update focuses on revitalization efforts in Southeast Fort Wayne, including commercial and housing growth, community building, and quality of life improvements. Developed with input from local leaders, residents, and an advisory committee, the plan provides a roadmap for investment and development. Since its adoption in 2021 as part of the All In Allen Comprehensive Plan, the strategy has guided public and private investments in business growth, housing, public spaces, and neighborhood revitalization.
The Engage page offers community members the opportunity to learn more about ongoing initiatives, provide feedback, sign up for events, and contribute to shaping the future of Southeast Fort Wayne.
