Details/Summary:
On January 5th, 2023 at 1642 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department apprehended Christopher Moore on a traffic stop at the intersection of Oxford Street and Wayne Trace. Christopher Moore had active warrants in connection to the stabbing incident on 12/29/2022 in the 600 block of E. Suttenfield Avenue. Christopher Moore was taken into custody without incident and was transported to the Allen County Jail for the charge of Attempted Murder and Aggravated Battery. The Homicide Unit was assisted by the Gang and Violent Crimes Unit, the Aerial Support Unit, Uniform Operations Division, the Indiana State Police, and the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
