Traffic Alert: Taylor Street closure extended through Friday

A water main installation for the closure of Taylor Street for one block between Lafontain and Morris Street has been extended through Friday, November 15, 2024.

Traffic Alert: Taylor Street Closure – Extended through Friday

Fort Wayne, Indiana (November 13, 2024) – A water main installation for the closure of Taylor Street for one block between Lafontain and Morris Street has been extended through Friday, November 15, 2024. Crews are installing a new pipe to replace one that’s experienced several breaks.

Motorists should use Freeman Street, Covington Road, and Brooklyn Avenue as a detour.
