A public hearing will be held for resolution number 2024-39. Description from above: Authorizing the execution of a Parking Structure Lease with Fort Wayne Garage Associates, Three, LLC associated with respect to a new economic development project to be undertaken in the City. - Resolution 2024-38: Approving and authorizing the execution of an Economic Development Agreement for a new project in the City
- Resolution 2024-39: Authorizing the execution of a Parking Structure Lease with Fort Wayne Garage Associates, Three, LLC associated with respect to a new economic development project to be undertaken in the City
