The Allen County Coroner has identified Parker James Eugene Billman as the 29th Allen County Homicide in 2024.
News release from the Allen County Coroner:
On Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, the Allen County Coroner’s Office was notified of a shooting in the 600 block of East Lewis Street, in Fort Wayne. The victim was transported to a local hospital and was later pronounced deceased.
The victim was identified as Parker James Eugene Billman, 18, male, White of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
An autopsy has been completed and notification has been made to the legal next of kin. The Cause of Death is Multiple Gunshot Wounds and the Manner of Death is Homicide. Parker James Eugene Billman is the 29th homicide for Allen County in 2024.
The incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
