On October 24, 2024, at 0109 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to the 4900 block of Hartford Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana, on the resident’s report to 9-1-1 of smoke in the home.
Time of Alarm: 0109 hours
On Scene: 0110 hours
Under Control: 0121 hours
FWFD Engine 4 arrived first on the scene and extinguished a fire in a second-floor bathroom ceiling and the above attic. Fire was also extinguished on the exterior wall and soffits of the house.
Three occupants of the home self-evacuated safely. No injuries occurred during this incident.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.

Water Damage: Minor
Smoke Damage: Minor
